The first Annual General Meeting took place on 30.09.2017 in Berlin-Neukölln. Here are the most important results:
- The 2016 cash report shows a surplus of 580 EUR, which will of course be used strictly in the sense of free colour.
- Current activities: Website, public relations, OCSC, HLC Atlas.
- Peter Jäger and Holger Everding are confirmed as Secretary and Chairman.
- Jan-Peter Homann is elected as the new treasurer of the association.
- Die Satzung wird dahingehend modifiziert, dass auch ein Vorstandsmitglied (vorher: zwei) den Verein nach außen vertreten kann. Im Rahmen einer internen Geschäftsordnung wird festgelegt, dass bei Entscheidungen > 200 EUR die anderen Vorstandsmitglieder iein Vetorecht haben.
- The financial year of the Association shall be analogous to the calendar year.
Furthermore, the further procedure in the currently most important project, the HLC Atlas, was planned.
Auch der kulturelle Teil kam nicht zu kurz – die Räumlichkeiten, das benachbarte Tempelhofer Feld, ein marokkanisches und ein an der Spree gelegenes Restaurant, Stadtrundfahrten, Potsdamer Platz, Kreuzberg und Neukölln,…kurz gesagt: BERLIN… sorgten für die passende, inspirierende Atmosphäre. Ein Dank geht an Jan-Peter Homann für die gelungene Organisation.
The next Annual General Meeting will take place in the 2nd half of 2018.
