A real treasure trove of colour space calculations, source codes and high-quality graphics can be found at Gernot Hoffmann from Emden. In the 80s he was one of the most important idea generators for Postscript and CIELAB integration in Adobe products and is certainly still one of the best Postscript experts.
The website impresses with content that is stored in pdf files. Just one of dozens of examples is a colour atlas that runs through the Lab colour space in L=10 steps, including all sRGB values. Not as a bitmap, not drawn in a graphics software, but programmed in Postscript, including source code and therefore variable and scalable in every respect.
At docs-hoffmann.de you will also find hundreds of likewise programmed graphics on colour spaces, CIE, standard observers, types of light,...etc, which may be freely passed on and published.
