After several back and forths between us, the tax office, the notary and the local court, the registration of our non-profit association is now "over the stage".
Here are the most important paragraphs from our statutes:
"The purpose of the association is the research and development of models of colour perception, the promotion of company-independent and licence-free colour systems, the promotion of colour communication by means of these colour models."
"The purpose of the statutes is realised by conducting own studies, providing information and developing aids for colour communication (also software), promoting teaching and research in the field of colour science, as well as holding public conferences and further education events."
