Just discovered: Known Colors Palette Tool

An open source software with the most important calculations for the Lab colour space is the Known Colors Palette Tool. The functions are not particularly exciting for colour users, but for programmers they are, because it contains very well documented and understandable source code for calculating colour spaces (RGB/HSB, XYZ, Lab) as well as colour distances (ΔE76, ΔE94, ΔE2000). The "KCP Tool" is thus the starting point for own programmes with Lab colour space and DeltaE features. The licence explicitly allows this!
