Even inexpensive software and hardware, including open source solutions, are qualitatively sufficient for many tasks. The number of documents to be processed is also decisive here. It is therefore worthwhile to seriously clarify your needs and thus save money.
Cross-media is on everyone's lips! But what kind of data do I get from graphic designers, photographers and layouters? Are the files really output-neutral and prepared for "cross-media publishing"? Who advises the customer in such matters? Is this the processing department in a print shop?
