Resignation of the 2nd Chairman
Peter Jäger, the 2nd chairperson and secretary, has also stepped down from his board position. A big thank you goes to him for all the work he did, for all the minutes, the invoice run, the exciting videos on the topic, many members he won over and much more - not least for the balancing personal way he strengthened the inner cohesion.
After this further loss (see also here) our association board now consists only of the 1st chairperson (Holger Everding).
Regulations from the law on associations

(The association still has assets of about 10,000 EUR, which are sufficient for current operations for the time being).
In autumn 2020, the general meeting will then decide where freieFarbe e.V. will continue its journey.
Personal reflections
It should be prevented at all costs that the association dissolves into goodwill or alternative projects of individuals. The goal of freer colour, for which this association exists, is far too important. The projects that have already been set up are also far too important to let them disappear into oblivion. Of course, we will continue to work on the topic of free colour on a voluntary basis, and you can expect maximum transparency with regard to the activities, projects and expenditures for this (it is, after all, the members' money).
It is to be hoped that the association will emerge stronger from the current process. That we manage to put together a great new board team. I am counting on the strength of our members, whom I would like to contact by letter/phone/personally in the coming weeks and months. Motto:
