The Australian software company Argyll, known for its open-source colour management system ArgyllCMS, has launched a measurement and evaluation software for Android smartphones.<\/p>\n

The measuring device is connected to the smartphone via USB and can process its spectral or tristimulus values. Numerous colour measuring devices are supported, e.g. the X-Rite Eye-One's, Colormunki, Datacolor Spyder, etc. An IPhone version is not planned due to the lack of a USB connection.<\/p>\n
